How does it work?
4 intense live training sessions in Riga (free)
The core of the program are live sessions in which you will learn to design learning experiences, learn the skills of facilitation and practice public speaking in a safe and supporting environment. Everything is free of charge for the selected participants.
2 learning trips to Estonia (all expenses covered)
One part of the program is visiting live sessions of DD Academy in Tartu to see other trainers in action and learn from them. As a similar program is running in Estonia you will also get to practice facilitating trainings with a group of Estonian facilitators as well.
1 launch of a new career in training!
Training and facilitating are skills that can be used almost anywhere – including becoming a freelance trainer. This program will give you not only the knowledge for that, but also the practical experiences and the confidence that comes with having actually trained others.
Principles of the program
Doing is better than knowing
Our program is built on actually practicing public speaking, training session design, moderating group discussions, dealing with difficult participants and so on. Everything is done in a safe group environment and complemented with constant constructive feedback from the other participants and facilitators.
Online materials to support you
We have scoured the world for the best materials, filtered them and put together an e-learning process to support you with the practical exercises in the live sessions. I will regain access to these materials for 1,5 years.
A group of cool people together
Our program is also a place to form lasting relationships with other cool young trainers and active people in society. We have a diverse group of people from all over the world, all wanting to improve their skills and become better communicators.
The schedule
Our program begins in March and lasts until September. All live trainings happen at 2-day weekends.
